By medium of the instant writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the selection of Respondents 6 to 24 for admission in Six Months Certification Programme in the Community Health initiated made in terms of Advertisement Notice dated 20.12.2020.
Neither petitioners nor their counsel is present. Seemingly, the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the instant case as the selectee candidates who got the admission must have completed the course. That being so, the instant writ petition alongwith connected CM(s) shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
