Learned counsel for the respondent states that there is a
compromise arrived at between the parties.
It is stated that the dispute is between the petitioner and the respondent No. 1, who is the son of the petitioner.
It is further stated that the respondent would take steps to withdraw all the cases pending in Srinagar Wing.
Be that as it may, the present petition is permitted to be withdrawn
with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case any cause survives or in case, the statement is belied.
Dismissed as withdrawn along with connected application.
