Learned counsel for the appellant states that by virtue of order dated 03.05.2011, principal amount was directed to be released in favour of the claimants and interest part was withheld.
It is stated that the claimants have now filed two affidavits, forgoing their rights to receive interest. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal.
Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn along with connected applications.
