ORDER
This is an application seeking restoration of CIMA No. 198/2008.
Delay in filing the application stands condoned vide order dated 30.05.2014.
It is averred in the application that the petitioner missed the case in the cause list on 02.05.2013 as a result of which the counsel could not appear before the Court. The application is supported with an affidavit of the counsel. For reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that learned counsel for the appellant has presented sufficient cause for not appearing in the case when the same was called out for hearing.
For the foregoing reasons, the application is allowed and the appeal is restored to its original number.
Application stands disposed of.
