Through the medium of the instant petition the petitioner complains violation of order dated 22.07.2014 passed by this Court in the petition under Section 104 No. 81/2014.
The aforesaid order is an interim order and as per the information uploaded in the CIS the main petition stands disposed of on 28.08.2014, therefore, the aforesaid interim order has merged with the final order passed by this Court on 28.08.2014. The instant contempt petition, therefore, does not survive, the same is accordingly closed. Proceedings initiated against the respondents are dropped.
