No one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioners on the last two dates of hearing. Vide order dated 23.02.2021, the petitioners were directed to furnish fresh particulars of respondent Nos. 2, 5, 7, 9 to 11 to deposit registered covers. Needful has not been done till today. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecution of the matter.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
