application was moved by the respondent for seeking recovery of the amount agreed to be paid by the petitioner in terms of the Award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.04.2017. Accordingly, the trial court took up the execution proceedings and issued a warrant of attachment and sale of property of the petitioner. This is how the petitioner came before this court by way of the instant Revision petition to challenge not only the warrant of attachment and sale issued vide order dated 25.10.2017 but also the Award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.04.2017.
