This is an application seeking bail in anticipation of arrest in FIR no.17/2021 dated 07.02.2021, registered in Police Station Uri for commission of offences punishable under Section 304, 435 and 336 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with the fact that looking to the seriousness of the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner and the fact that right from the date of registration of FIR he has been absconding, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail plea with liberty to surrender before the competent court of jurisdiction and seek regular bail.
Statement of learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
