The status report stands filed by the respondents, in which it is
stated that the matter is under investigation and the investigation is still at the
initial stage.
It requires to be noted that the FIR impugned was registered on 09.02.2019 and the same was impugned by the petitioner on 14.02.2019 i.e.
after five days of its registration. The status report reveals that that the issues involved in the FIR require detailed investigation and they are being investigated by the respondents.
In view of the above, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation. As such, this petition is dismissed.
