ORDER
In this petition, petitioner has challenged order No.
ICDS/M/Estt.12/59 dated 21.06.2012 by virtue of which, the Anganwadi Centre Sarak has been directed to be shifted to the house of respondent No. 4 from the house of petitioner. This writ petition was filed in 2012.
Mr. M. L. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
