following reliefs:-
“a) An appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus whereby directing the respondent no. 1 to accord proper legal consideration to the application/case of the petitioner‟s Institute for grant of No Objection Certificate and accordingly grant no objection certificate for the session 2008-2010 and also for subsequent sessions with further directions to respondent no. 2 to accordingly provide/grant affiliation and also adequate number of students to the institute of the petitioner for undergoing Elementary Teacher‟s Training Course for the said session and also for subsequent sessions.

b) Any other relief in the form of appropriate writ befitting the occasion may please also be allowed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents.”
“Issue notice returnable within two weeks. Steps for service of respondents to be taken within a period of one week „Dasti‟ service is also permitted.
List after service is complete.
In the meantime, respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision as per the rules governing the filed.”
