Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as the FIR No. 49/2019 stands registered on 14.10.2019 for offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B RPC.
Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG also submits that FIR stands registered in this case.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed.
