ORDER
Through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 05.11.2013 passed by the learned Principal Sessions, Judge, Poonch, whereby he was sent to judicial custody.
A perusal of the petition shows that the petitioner, during the pendency of the challan against him, had absconded, as a result whereof, the trial Court proceeded under Section 512 J&K Cr.PC and general warrants of arrest were issued against him. Pursuant to said general warrants, the petitioner was arrested and brought before the trial Court and the Court vide the impugned order, remanded the petitioner to judicial custody. Vide order dated 08.11.2013, passed by this Court, the petitioner has been directed to be set at liberty forthwith.
In view of the aforesaid order passed by this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of, accordingly.
