Through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 23.10.2015 passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jammu, whereby the application of the petitioner for grant of interim bail on medical grounds was rejected. More than 05 years have passed since then. The ground, which was subject matter of the bail application before the learned trial Court may have become stale by now. Even the petitioner has stopped appearing in this case. Therefore, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
