During the pendency of the instant contempt petition, reportedly, the
respondents/contemnors have challenged their position as was being held by them at the time of filing of this contempt petition, either on account of transfer to some other office or upon reaching the age of superannuation.
In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in case the present contempt petition is kept pending before this Court and, as such, the same is disposed of by providing that in case the petitioners have any further grievance with regard to the order subject matter of the contempt petition, they shall be at liberty to approach the new incumbents with a copy of the said order, along with a copy of order passed today, for seeking implementation of the same. In the event petitioners are not satisfied with the implementation of order by the new incumbents as well, they are at liberty to approach the Court again.
Disposed of as above.
