Applicant seek condonation of 36 days’ delay’ in filing the appeal against the award dated 20.01.2017 passed by Motor accident Claims Tribunal, Srinagar.
I have gone through the application and is satisfied that delay in filing the appeal is explained satisfactorily and same is required to be condoned.
For the reasons stated in the application coupled with submissions made at the Bar, sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 36 days’ in filing the appeal is made out. Accordingly, this application is allowed and delay of 36 days is condoned.
