From the perusal of the said instructions, it is evident that the amount of total arrear is Rs.7,77,262/- and the first installment of Rs.1,55,452/- out of the total arrear, has been paid to the petitioner, vide cheque dated 09.07.2026.

Keeping in view the above, we are of the considered opinion that no further orders are required to be passed at this stage, since similarly situated employees of the respondents-Corporation are also being paid through installments, which is being monitored by this Court in a bunch of petitions pending separately.

In the aforesaid terms, the present petition is disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
