2. Vide order dated 05.05.2026, we had noticed that he was an aspirant for the post of the Chairperson, and the election was still to be held, as he was contesting from Ward No. 1, Nagar Panchayat Shahpur. It is now pointed out and admitted that he

has not won the election.
