In the light of the fact that the petitioner has already completed her normal tenure at Kotla Khurd, District Una, H.P and further that the Court has informed that she has been serving in District Una since the year 2017, this petition is disposed of with the observation that let the petitioner now be transferred to some other station in District Shimla and the station to which the petitioner shall be transferred should be a station, where a lady officer can conveniently serve. In other words, she should not be transferred to some remote area of Shimla.
