Petitioner herein, who at present is working as Senior Executive Engineer, Electrical Division Nahan, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, is aggrieved of order dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-2), whereby he has been transferred from afore station to Electrical System Division, HPSEBL, Nalagarh.

Pursuant to the notices issued in the instant proceedings, Mr. Ravinder Thakur, learned counsel representing the respondentBoard, made available communication dated 05.01.2026, issued under the signatures of Under Secretary (GE) HPSEBL, Shimla, to state that petitioner can be adjusted at Hamirpur, which proposal is acceptable to the petitioner.

Consequently, in view of the above, impugned transfer order dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) is quashed and set-aside inasmuch as the petitioner has been transferred from Nahan to Nalagarh and is ordered to be transferred to Sub SLDC, Hamirpur, as

has been mentioned in the communication dated 05.01.2026. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
