The objection raised by the Registry has not been removed despite lapse of four months and no plausible reason has been assigned for non-removing the objection, therefore, in these circumstances, the present petition is dismissed for non-removal of objection.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original compromise deed annexed with the petition be returned to the the petitioner. Prayer accepted. Original compromise deed is ordered to be returned to the petitioner as per rules.
