the revised DCRG case of the petitioner has been allowed/approved by the office of Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh.

Learned counsel for the Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh has also paced on record Pension Payment Order-cum-Commutation Payment Order, with date of authorization as 13.05.2026 and date of start of pension reflected as 01.03.2018. Learned Additional Advocate General on the basis of instructions imparted to him, submitted that pension arrears due to the petitioner in terms of the above orders, will be released within eight weeks.

Learned Additional Advocate General has also placed on record Treasury abstract and on that basis submits that revised gratuity has been credited in petitioner’s bank account.

3. Taking note of the previous orders and the documents placed on record today as also the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, present contempt proceedings are closed.
