Learned Deputy Advocate General has handed over a bank draft in the sum of Rs.5,000/- drawn in the name of the petitioner to her learned counsel towards the cost imposed in the previous order.

Learned Deputy Advocate General has also placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 08.05.2026 from the Director School Education conveying decision of petitioner’s case under office order dated 02.05.2026. The said office order has been appended with the office instructions. 3 . Taking note of above documents, the present proceedings are closed. Notice issued to the respondent is
