Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents.

Though the appellant had filed this appeal challenging the judgment dt. 16.10.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 8425 of 2010, refusing parity of pay scale to the appellant at par with the pay scale being given to the persons of similar cadre in the State of Punjab, learned counsel for the appellant states that the

appellant would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider the recommendation, Annexure A/D, dt. 12^th January, 2022 made by the ADG-cum-Director of Fire Services, Himachal Pradesh to the Principal Secretary (Home) to the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh.

Having regard to the said submission, this appeal is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to consider the said recommendations of ADG-cum- Director of Fire Services, Himachal Pradesh within eight weeks and communicate the decision taken thereon to the appellant.
