While placing on record communication dated 30.03.2024, issued under the signatures of Director, Urban Development, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Parav Sharma, learned counsel for representing respondent No. 3 states that mandate contained in judgment sought to be executed, stands duly complied with.

Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of office order dated 15.03.2024 annexed with the same, this Court finds that pursuant to direction contained in the judgment sought to be executed, work-charge status has been granted to the petitioner

namely Mukesh Kumar, Safai Karmchari w.e.f 01.01.2003 subject to outcome of SLP No. 10788 of 2023 pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

In view of aforesaid compliance, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Needless to say, financial benefits flowing from the aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action is taken towards the execution and implementation of the judgment sought to be executed.
