Following order was passed in the matter on 04.10.2024:-
“Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has deposited an amount of Rs.2 Lakhs in the account of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that the remaining amount of Rs.1 Lakh will be deposited by the respondent within a period of four weeks from today.
List immediately after four weeks.”
2. During the course of hearing today, learned vice counsel
for the respondent submitted that the balance amount of Rs.1,00,000/-
has been deposited in the account of the petitioner on 07.11.2024.
That the respondent now has complied with the compromise entered

into the between the parties as noticed in the decision rendered in

3. In view of above, this execution petition to stand disposed
of as satisfied. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also
