Learned Deputy Advocate General has handed over a copy of the order passed by the competent Authority dated 05.07.2024, in terms whereof, there is mention that operation of the judgment passed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 196 of 2022, titled as Roop Lal vs. the State of Himachal Pradesh and others, presently has been stayed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, therefore, the benefit of the said judgment cannot be granted to the petitioner.
In this view of the matter, these proceedings are closed with the observation that let a fresh call be taken on
