Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to developments that have taken place post filing of the writ petition, more specifically the enactment, i.e. the Himachal Pradesh Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Government Employees Act, 2024, present proceedings, cannot proceed any further, therefore, the same be closed at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of her grievances, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage. Prayer is accepted.
