Learned counsel for the respondents had placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 27.08.2024 during hearing of the case on 30.08.2024 and on that basis had submitted that the judgment in question had been duly complied with.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the judgment has not been complied with in letter and spirit. He seeks permission to file execution petition, highlighting the reliefs, which according to the
