The petitioners seek to assail the order dated 29.03.2023 passed by the District Collector, Solan District Solan.

After arguing the matter for considerable period, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to them in-law against the impugned order. Learned counsel, however, prays that the period spent in pursuing this litigation be excluded in the event of availing appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, against the impugned order.

3. Granting liberty as sought, the instant petition is
disposed of. However, it is ordered that the period spent by the petitioners in pursuing the instant petition shall be excluded from computation of the limitation. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if
