Mr. Manoj Kumar-respondent No.1 has attended the hearing and furnished his reply to the contempt petition.

Learned Sr. Advocate for the respondents on the basis of aforesaid reply alongwith appended documents submitted that all admissible benefits to the petitioner stand released in terms of the judgment in question. That monetary benefits have also been released in favour of the petitioner, in accordance with the judgment. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that the respondents have passed orders promoting the petitioner

from time to time as per the judgment and also release of monetary benefits to the tune of Rs. 1,294,926.00/-. Learned counsel, however, submits that the petitioner be permitted to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redresssal of his surviving grievances including the monetary benefits over and above, which have been released in his favour, in case the calculations as well as pay fixation made by the respondents are eventually not found to be correct.

4. Taking note of above submissions as well as the pleadings of the parties, this contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for his surviving grievances, if any, with regard to the calculations as well as pay fixation orders issued by the respondents. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
