Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 4593 of 2021 titled as Jai Chand Vs. Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation and another along-with connected matters, decided on 25.08.2021 . He further submits that the petitioner shall be content in case the respondents are

directed to consider the case of the petitioners in a time bound manner in light of judgment ibid .

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 4593 of 2021 titled as Jai Chand Vs. Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation and another along-with connected matters, decided on 25.08.2021, within eight weeks from today, by passing a detailed and reasoned order. In case, the petitioner is found similarly situated as petitioners in CWP No. 4593 of 2021, he will also be granted the same benefits as granted to petitioner in above referred case.
