Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment dated 25.9.2023, passed by this Court in CWP No.787 of 2022, titled as Mohit Lath

and Ors v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors . alongwith connected matters, wherein this court disposed of the aforesaid writ petition holding the petitioners entitled to the emoluments in terms of the

rules framed in terms of clause-15(2) of the Rules dated 17.8.2020, alongwith benefit of regularization against the post in question in terms of the policy of regularization framed by the Government of Himachal Pradesh from time to time.

2. Having carefully perused aforesaid judgment passed in Mohit Lath (supra), this Court finds that issues raised in the instant petition(s) as well as reliefs, stand duly considered and granted to the similarly situate persons in the aforesaid petitions and as such, prayer made in the instant petition(s) deserves to be considered and decided in light of the afore judgment.

3. Consequently, in view of the above, the directions contained in the aforesaid judgment are ordered to be made mutatis mutandis applicable in the present cases for all intents and purposes. Needful shall be done by the respondents within four weeks from today. In the aforesaid terms, present petitions are disposed of alongwith pending application(s), if any.
