With the consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of at this stage.

Petitioner is aggrieved against the inaction of the respondents in not issuing him the marks sheet, attendance certificate, character certificate and provisional degree of LLB Course, which he has undertaken from respondent No.3 University under Admission No. R16BLLB0215.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that in compliance to the order dated 1.8.2022, passed in CWPIL No.

22 of 2022, titled as, Court on its own motion vs. State of H.P. & others, a Special Committee has been constituted for verifying and releasing the degrees, marks sheets and other certificates etc. to the students.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to submit his representation to the committee constituted in pursuance to the orders of this Court. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide his representation in time bound manner.

The prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous and in my considered view, no prejudice shall be caused to the respondents in case the same is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to submit his representation to the committee constituted under the aforesaid orders. On receipt of such representation by the committee, the same shall be considered and decided by the committee within three months.

The petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stand disposed of.
