Pursuant to order dated 03.05.2024, whereby petitioner has been ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest in case FIR No. 84 of 2024 dated 14.03.2024, under Sections 21, 29, 61 and 85 of the ND & PS Act, registered at Police Station Una, District Una, H.P., respondent-State has filed status report, perusal whereof though reveals that pursuant to order dated 03.05.2024, petitioner has joined investigation, but in past, two cases under ND & PS Act already stand registered against him and he is also accused in one case under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code.
