The present application has been filed for release of the deposited amount. It has been asserted that an amount of ₹4,05,000/- was deposited before the Registry of the Court during the pendency of the revision and out of the same, Rs.3,00,000/have already been released in favour of the applicant. The revision was dismissed by the Court vide order 10.05.2024; hence, the application.

No reply is intended to be filed.

Keeping in view the fact that the revision petition has been dismissed and the applicant would be entitled to the amount as per the order passed by the Court, the present application is allowed and the amount along with up to date interest lying deposited with the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released by remitting the same into the Bank account of the applicant, particulars whereof are mentioned in Para-3 of the application, subject to proper verification.

Application stands disposed of.
