Vide order dated 10th December, 2025, of the Hon’ble Court, the appellant (Jitender Chaudhary) has been ordered to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, in view of the provisions of Section 437-A, of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Section 481 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), to the satisfaction of the undersigned, subject to the conditions as imposed in the aforesaid judgment.
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application for attestation and acceptance of personal and surety bonds. The surety bond is duly supported by an affidavit. The appellant (Jitender Chaudhary) and surety (Jograj) have been duly identified by the learned counsel for the appellant. The copy of Jamabandi for the year 2023-2024, duly issued on 02.01.2025, along with copies of Aadhar Cards of the appellant as well as surety have also been enclosed with the application for attestation and acceptance of personal and surety bonds, wherein they have given solemn undertaking that in the event of Special Leave Petition being filed against the judgment, or on grant of leave, the appellant on receipt of such notice thereof, shall appear before the Supreme Court and abide by the directions issued by the Hon’ble Appellate Court.
I have gone through the orders of Hon’ble Court and documents annexed therewith for acceptance and attestation of the personal and surety bonds.
Accordingly, the personal and surety bonds are attested and accepted by me. All the papers be tagged with the case file.
