Mr. Abhishek Verma, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Vivek Negi, Advocate, vice counsel for the respondent.
On 8.12.2023, this Court passed the following
order:-
“The petitioner is stated to be died. Let consequential steps for bringing on record her legal representatives be taken within three weeks, failing which the petition shall be dismissed for want of prosecution. List on 5.1.2024.”
Admittedly, consequential steps for bringing on
record legal representatives of sole petitioner have not been taken.
Consequently, the petition is abated and disposed
of accordingly, so also the pending application(s), if any.
