Learned Deputy Advocate General has handed-over a banker’s cheque drawn at State Bank of India, H.P. Secretariat, Shimla in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the learned counsel for the petitioner in lieu of cost imposed upon the respondents under order dated 26.11.2024. Learned Deputy Advocate General has also placed on record instructions dated 03.12.2024 from the Director Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh alongwith office order dated 03.12.2024.
