In this connection, it is, submitted that the Status of the matter regarding benefits given to Sh. Sita Ram, Class-IV is as under:-
1. That the Pension on the basis of 6th pay commission has been released to the petitioner w.e.f. October, 2024 vide PPO No. 1124219935 (copy enclosed).
3. That the Pension case of the petitioner on the basis of 7th Pay commission has been submitted to the AGHP vide letter dated 11.11.2024(Copy enclosed). Approval of which is awaited.”
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3
submits that necessary action on the basis of office communication dated 11.11.2024, addressed by the District AYUSH Officer, District Shimla to the Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, shall be taken within a period of two weeks.
3. Taking note of above submissions, the contempt
proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievances if
any, in accordance with law.
