Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, an order has been passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Solan on 07.09.2024 in an appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 against the order dated 26.03.2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Kasauli, District Solan. Learned counsel further submits that due to the intervening developments, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this petition in order to enable him to have
