In this case on 21.09.2021, following order
was passed:
“ Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an appropriate representation has already been filed by the petitioner with the competent authority and it will be in the interest of justice in case hearing of the case is deferred by four weeks. As prayed for, list after four weeks.”
Interestingly, till date, there is nothing on record to demonstrate that the said representation has been decided by the respondents. Hence, the applicant is able to make out a case for expeditious disposal of the case. Consequently, application is allowed.
