Learned counsel for the applicant has clarified
that in fact an amount of Rs.13,331/- only was deposited and the applicant seeks release of this amount. The prayer is not opposed and is granted. An amount of Rs.13,331/deposited by the applicant in the Registry of this Court along with interest accrued thereon till date be released in favour of the applicant by remitting the same to the bank account of the applicant, detailed in para 6 of the application, after due verification.
Application stands disposed of.
