Since the judgment passed by this Court in LPA No. 165 of 2021 , in case titled as State of H.P. & Anr. vs. Suraj Mani & Ors. decided on 12.01.2023 which otherwise forms the basis for grant of relief to the writ petitioner/respondent, we deem it appropriate to modify the judgment rendered by the learned Writ Court to the extent that the appellants shall grant all the benefits as emanating from Suraj Mani’s case to the respondent, of course, subject to the final outcome of the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also the pending applications, if any.
