In view of the averments made in the application and
taking into consideration the fact that the applicant is a widow, who is seeing relief qua services rendered by her late husband on contract basis before his regularization, for the purpose of pensionary benefits etc., this application is allowed. The writ petition is order to be listed for final hearing in the month of October, 2024. In the meanwhile, rejoinder to the reply filed to the writ petition by the respondents be also filed.
