Learned Additional Advocate General has handed over a copy of instructions imparted by Directorate of Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh and on the strength of which he apprises the Court that service of the petitioner on contractual basis has been counted for the purpose of pensionary benefits and the case for revised pension has been sent to the office of Accountant General (A&E), H.P., Shimla.

In this view of the matter, these proceedings are hereby closed with the observation that now let the revised pension and arrears, if any, be released in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from
