After taking into consideration averments made in the pleadings of the parties and hearing their learned counsel, we are of the opinion that delay in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly delay is condoned.
Appeal be registered.
Application is allowed and disposed of.

Appellant has suffered decree for restitution of conjugal rights in a petition preferred by the respondent-husband.
Keeping in view the nature of relation and dispute between the parties, it would be appropriate to make an endeavour to resolve the dispute amicably either this way or that way. Learned counsel for the parties are not averse for that, however, before making any submissions, they seek time to have instructions from their respective parties. Hence, accepting prayer of learned counsel for the parties, matter is adjourned for 23.12.2024.
