Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing for some time, states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition itself so as to enable him to file a representation before the Competent Authority given the fact that the work charge status stands granted by the respondents themselves to similarly situated workman Kirpa Ram pursuant to order dated 1st July, 2021, passed by this court in CWP No.3616 of 2021.
