Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record communication dated 4.7.2023, whereby suspension period of petitioner Om Prakash has been decided to be regulated under FR-54B and has been treated as duty with direction to release his pay and allowances accordingly. 2. In view of above, present petition is closed and disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure payment/release of due and admissible pay and allowances of the petitioner on or before 28th February, 2024.
