Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking
following main relief:-
1 Whether Reporters of local newspaper are permitted to see the judgment ?
“Sh. Shashi Pal, Deputy Ranger was promoted to the rank of Forest Ranger vide Joint Secretary (Forests) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh Department of Forests, Himachal Pradesh Shimla order No.FFE-A(b)63/2016 dated 16.11.2018 in continuation of same letter vide which his junior were promoted(copy annexed as Annexure R-1) and accordingly the said official has joined his duty as Forest Ranger on 16th November, 2018 (AN) in Dehra Forest Division with intimation to Pr. CCF HP Shimla vide his office letter No.7826 dated 04.12.2018(copies annexed as Annexure R-2 & R-3)”.
in the present petition and accordingly petition is closed and disposed of being infructuous alongwith pending applications, if any.
